I don't see a reason as to why you tagged this [Commercial], but given
that one receives posts evidently in need of that tag going untagged,
I'd rather not nitpick.

Isn't this a bad case of hardsell ? There's fairly low content on
"India" in that interview, and the question is the age-old "what do you
think stops India from getting half the kingdom and the princess's hand"
to which the logical answer would the illogical volume of commits to
mailing lists / mailman than any known good upstream code repository.
Face it, hang around a while on kernel-newbies or kernel-mentors and you
will start getting the creepy feeling of being ashamed at seeing a lot
of inanity originating from India.

There's a good reason I read linux.com and newsforge using feeds -
that's the insane positioning of advertisements. Making revenue off
advertisements being put in is understandable and appreciated. But I
guess that can be done with a sense of aesthetics among other things.

Does this mean that past issues of LFY would be made available on the
archives ?
http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/doc/2007/08/15/still-at-newspapers-1x/ is
one good reason as to why you should archive openly "all" the issues.
Think about using something like planetplanet to run a PlanetLFY or some
such to aggregate content - would be of good use to a lot of folks.

If you want to participate, email at lfyedit at efyindia.com is what you
meant I guess. I am getting (along with a large %-age of folks in
various LUGs) old enough to abhor and detest SMS speak.
In the end, it is very good to see the effort by the EFY/LFY Team. An
obvious bundle of good intent has gone into it. Please just don't goof
it up or shut it down prematurely
